I have only lived in this community for 4 months, but every day I am happy that we chose to live in Tuscany Bay. It's very clean and well maintained 🌿 We feel safe here and can safely let the kids walk around the community alone! We have very friendly neighbors and helpful office staff 🤍 I would like to thank Mario for always being attentive and helping us with any problems we have!

After looking for months comparing apartment amenities, spacing, reviews etc. We landed on Tuscany Bay Apartments. Moving forward with this option was easily one of the best decisions we’ve made. Kermy and Angela, the leasing office staff, has made our transition SO easy and seamless, emailing back to questions promptly and communicating with us the entire way, for that we are very grateful. Finally, don’t get me started on the community and apartments themselves... easily the most beautiful place my fiancé and I have ever lived.

immediate response to maintenance ticket and usually gets resolved within a day. friendly and hardworking team. maintenance ticket work flow system is good asking for feedback/followups and supervisor easily available at office for questions concerns. only request- team - when you visit unit to fix issues - ok to come as a team of 2 - but keep your noise low. in the most recent visits, there were loud phone calls and louse talking noise while working within the unit and we need some quiet time working from overnight shifts. hope the team understands it and gets the work done quiet.

Nightlife drama always here. Loud music and late night parties. Kids Noise.This Video was captured at 1am in middle of night,this happens always.No peace of mind.This is common concern here. Leasing office efforts nothing ,they can't do anything. No rules for anything here. Moving out charges are unreasonable.

I’m not a resident yet because of a budget situation, but I went to that office and If a could I would apply and lived there. Kermy gave me a excellent and welcoming attention. The property is so well maintained and beautiful. If you have the money to afford the rent and want a place that makes you feel heard and helps you in all the process, go there!

It's super awesome staff and community. I recently moved and Staff helped me a lot in move-in. I had tour thrice, but all the time Mario, Kermy and Bertha helped me with smile. I did not face any challenges while Move-in because of Mario. I had few concern about move-in date and All staff made super easy. I much appreciated Mario, Kermy, Bertha and Martiza for outstanding support. I received the clean apartment and staff provided me prompt response. I am very happy being in this community.

I've been a resident here for over 2 years and can say if there was more than 5 stars to give I would happily give them! The office and maintenance staff are amazing and friendly. Grounds are always kept beautifully. Pool area is a nice retreat.

Positive aspects: If there were any issues in the apartment, the maintenance team would fix them the next day upon request. Negatives: Non-residents are allowed in the pool and gym, and the gates often break. Additionally, the community management claims that they notify residents about the contract's expiration 60 days in advance and leave a letter at the door. I recommend the management to be more customer-oriented and send electronic notifications. I didn't receive any letter, and I ended up paying a fine.
